Frances first joined Fee Langstone in July 2013, after completing a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) conjoint degree at the University of Auckland.  She rejoined the practice in 2017, following a period of time developing her general civil litigation skills at a full-service commercial law firm in Auckland. 

Frances has a wide a range of experience in insurance and general civil litigation. To date, her practice has focused on professional indemnity and negligence, subrogated recovery and insurance disputes arising as a consequence of the Canterbury earthquakes.
