Jacinda Kirtlan
Jacinda was admitted to the bar in 2011 after completing degrees in Law and Arts (History) at the University of Auckland.
Prior to joining Fee Langstone in 2025 Jacinda was a senior litigation and advice solicitor at WorkSafe New Zealand, where she provided legal advice on matters that required in-depth knowledge of health and safety law, criminal litigation, and public law. Jacinda prosecuted cases on behalf of WorkSafe New Zealand involving serious injuries and fatalities across a range of industries.
Jacinda has a wide range of experience in criminal law as both a prosecutor and defence counsel, having worked for the Ministry of Social Development, New Zealand Police, The Public Defence Service, and as a junior barrister in private practice.
Jacinda has a strong focus on identifying and mitigating legal risk and providing pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues. Jacinda is skilled at supporting clients through regulatory investigations and litigation.
