Rachel graduated from the University of Otago in 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts. She was admitted to the bar in 2009.

Prior to joining Fee Langstone, Rachel worked at a specialist insurance litigation firm where she gained wide experience in insurance related matters, including professional negligence claims, disciplinary complaints, and regulatory and health and safety law.

Rachel has acted for clients in civil litigation and dispute resolution. She frequently acts in mediation and has defended clients and appeared in the District Court, High Court and as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal.
